Every day The Salvation Army helps cure hunger by providing nutritious meals to neighbors in need.
17.4 million families go to bed hungry each night in the U.S.
And an additional 6.9 million families face very low daily food security - that means they don't always know where their next meal is coming from.
Our Food Pantry is currently in transition due to a staffing shortage. More information to come soon.
Please join us for our Meal Programs at 1412 4th St S, Nampa, ID 83651.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 am and Lunch is served at 11:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
We help struggling families and individuals avoid falling into the cycle of crisis by supplementing their income with utility and other vital payments.
This assistance often becomes the difference between shelter and eviction, between maintaining honest work and selling drugs or services for money, and between keeping kids in one place and moving them out of their home and onto the streets.
If you are in need of assistance, please complete the assistance application.
These meals are served to anyone in need - this includes homeless people of all ages, as well as individuals and families who may be down on their luck and in need of a helping hand. In addition to addressing the immediate symptoms of food insecurity, our programs are designed to help identify and treat its root cause. This approach focuses on meeting the physical, mental and spiritual needs of each person and helps move many from hungry to fully healed.
